You’ll sell
nothing by being forgettable…
“It’s like being first
in the phone book, number one on Google and on the front of every
fridge…”
Just give me 24 hours and I’ll have thousands of people singing
your name – and your praises!
Dear Advertiser,
How would
you like your product to be a ‘star’?
How much will your
company take off when people everywhere can’t forget your name because
they just can’t stop singing it (even if the song is driving them nuts)?
How will your sales
and profits explode when your product’s name becomes the generic name –
the one everyone uses - in its market sector? A name so universal that it even appears in the next
Oxford dictionary?
Like Google, for
instance, or Hoover.
It’s probably better than being listed first in the
phone book, ranked number one on Google and stuck on the front of every
fridge!
Well, I
can do this for you, and I’m going to tell you how.
But first, let me ask
you a question: what’s the last product you can remember the name of
(without looking!) that was advertised in the conventional way, with a
headline, a list of all the product’s benefits and features, followed by
a ‘call now’ or ‘write to us’ - just like that - with no panache, style
or ‘pizzazz’?
If you’re struggling
to recall one, I’m not surprised!
Lots of people do
advertise that way, and it works – but you quickly forget them and the
name of the product they promote…
Because even the best
sales letters are quickly forgotten. They work in the moment not in the memory. So they have to be repeated,
sometimes at great cost, over and over again.
So, while listing
benefits, creating urgency and giving a call to action will work with
direct mail and even online, if you need your prospect to remember you
long enough to grab a pencil and paper, or until they get home or even
until the weekend or next week, you’d better make a memorable impact!
On
talking radio, mere words are not enough…
On the printed page,
plain straightforward text is often quickly forgettable. On television
you can see amazing moving images, but are the ads ever silent?
No - what all
memorable (and that means successful) advertising comes down to is words,
often written as verse, rhyme or song. Some ads even aspire to poetry…
Because people need an
‘aid to memory.’
And
that’s where I come in.
You see, poetry,
lyrics and verse are my stock-in-trade. I write them for myself, and I
can write them for you to use in radio ads, newspapers, magazines or the
cinema and television – whatever your budget will stretch to.
But whatever medium
you use, you’ll be getting better value from now on because from now on
the ads will actually work!
Contact
me now to find out how YOU really can have people singing your name!
I’ll write your first draft within 24 hours of
accepting your commission (after consultation), or you’ll pay me nothing.
If you then decide not to use what I’ve created, you’ll pay me only for
my time. Otherwise, we’ll work together until we’ve created exactly what
you need to get thousands of customers literally singing your name.
Naturally, I’ll tie in with any existing
promotional material you may be using, or we can even discuss how to
create a whole new campaign based around what I produce for you - my
copywriting and design associates will be happy to help you with that,
too.
I promise an initial consultation will cost
you absolutely nothing, so you’ve nothing to lose, but think what you
will gain...
Contact
me now and have people singing your name – in no time!
Sincerely
Roy Everitt
