Dear poetry lover,
You and your loved ones, on your special day, deserve something
that’s a cut above the norm. Something lasting that will be treasured for
years, decades, even generations to come. A fine, specially written
wedding poem, as part of the vows, the wedding service or one of the
speeches, is a perfect memorial and will be yours to keep.
I have to admit I didn’t write the first two poems quoted above,
but I do write real poetry – not just rhymes and jingles, and not the
kind of twee verse you might find inside the average greeting card.
True love is eternal – so are the words of the great poets.
Imagine if you can, the lines you use on your big day passing down the
ages to be quoted and re-quoted by generation after generation – an
eternal record of yourself, your loved one(s) and all your powerful
emotions and feelings on the day.
